Coffee Negroni

1 oz Afternoon Tea Gin
1 oz Francia
1 oz Vermaux
.5 oz Barista
.25 oz espresso
Sitr all ingredients in a glass mixing pitcher, strain over a large cube. Garnish with an orange twist.

.75 oz lemon
1 oz grape reduction
.25 oz Joe D’s Limoncello
1.5 oz Afternoon Tea Gin
Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice, shake again for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a grape on a pick.

2 oz Afternoon Tea Gin
1 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
Add syrup, lime, and gin to a shaker tin. Fill with ice, and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled Nic and Nora glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime.

1.5 oz Afternoon Tea Gin
.5 oz Libertasse
3 oz grapefruit juice
.5 oz lime juice
3 oz Tonic

Fill a goblet with lime, grapefruit, Libertasse, and gin. Fill with ice. Stir for 5 seconds, then add tonic. Garnish with rosemary, thyme, star anise, lime, and grapefruit.

3 dashes orange bitters
.75 oz lemon
.5 oz honey syrup
.25 oz limoncello
1.5 oz Afternoon Tea gin
Lavender leaves
In a shaker tin, add bitters, lemon, honey, limoncello, and gin. Fill with ice, and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled nick and Nora glass. Express a lemon twist and discard. Garnish with lavender leaves.

Add all ingredients into a glass mixing pitcher. Fill with ice, and stir for 12-15 seconds. Strain over a large cube in a double rocks glass. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.

.75 oz Libertasse
.75 oz lime juice
.25 oz simple syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
Add bitters, simple, lime, Libertasse, and Gin to a shaker tin. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. Express an orange twist and rub the outer skin on the rim of the glass. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.

2 oz Afternoon Tea Gin
Fill a shaker tin with simple syrup, lime, cucumber, Monk, and Gin. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.

1.5 oz London Dry Gin
3 oz club for topper
Add 5 sliced strawberries and 3 lemon wheels to a goblet. Add bitters, lemon, strawberry, simple, Libertasse and London Dry gin to a shaker. Shake with ice vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Strain into the goblet, fill with ice and top with 3 oz club soda. Stir once and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
