2 oz Agave Spirit

1 oz lime

.5 oz agave syrup

Salt rim

Shake agave, lime, and Agave Spirit with ice for 8-10 seconds. Strain over regular ice in a salt rimmed glass. For the rim, use half a lime and gently express juice along ⅓ of the rim, about two inches down the glass. Roll in coarse Kosher salt. Garnish with a fresh lime wheel.

1 oz Illegal Mezcal

.5 oz Casamigos Blanco

.5 oz Vidisha’s Masala

.75 oz lime

.5 oz agave

Add agave, lime, Vidisha’s Masala, Casamigos, and Mezcal to a shaker tin. Fill with ice, and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Strain over a large cube, and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and star anise.

1.5 oz cucumber

.75 oz lime

.5 oz agave syrup

3 mint leaves

Tajin rim

Shake mint, agave, lime, cucumber, Monk, and Agave Spirit with ice for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain over a large cube in a Tajin rimmed glass. For rim, use half a lime and gently express juice along ⅓ of the rim, about two inches down the glass. Roll in Tajin. Garnish with a cucumber coin.

1.5 oz DHD Agave Spirit

.25 oz Vidisha’s Masala

.75 oz lime juice

.5 oz agave nectar

Add agave nectar, lime juice, Vidisha’s Masala, and Agave Spirit into a shaker tin. Fill with ice, and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Strain over ice in a double rocks glass. Garnish with a whole star anise and a lime wheel.

.75 oz lime

.5 oz jalapeno syrup

Hibiscus-sugar rim

Shake syrup, lime, watermelon, Libertasse, and Agave Spirit with ice for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain over a large cube in a hibiscus-sugar rimmed glass. For the rim, use half a lime and circle the perimeter of a double rocks glass. Rim the entire perimeter with hibiscus-sugar. Garnish with a watermelon slice and jalapeno ring.
