

Vanilla and sweet oak on the nose. The flavor features notes of maple, oak, and toffee, with a long, dry, silky finish. Our Bourbon is a high-corn bourbon with corn making up 75% of the grain bill. This allows the corn flavor to punch through in cocktails. The remaining grain bill is 21% Rye and 4% Malted Barley. The Rye adds spicy and peppery notes that complement the sweetness of the corn flavor. Our Bourbon is purposely made for cocktails yet also is a superb sipping Bourbon. The Back Nine
3 dashes peach bitters
.75 oz lemon juice
2 oz peach tea
.5 oz Limoncello
1.5 oz Bourbon
In a shaker tin, add bitters, lemon, tea, limoncello, and bourbon. Fill with ice and shake vigorously and strain over ice in the Gats glass. Garnish with a peach slice on a pick, and a mint sprig.

5 slices strawberry
4 blueberries
2 blackberries
3 dashes almond bitters
egg white
.25 oz graham syrup
.25 oz vanilla syrup
.75 oz lemon
.5 oz Limoncello
1.5 oz Bourbon
Muddle berries in a shaker tin. Add bitters, egg white, syrups, lemon, Limoncello, and bourbon. Dry shake for 5-7 seconds. Add ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds, fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with grated cinnamon.

Add all ingredients to a glass mixing pitcher. Fill with ice, and stir for 10-12 seconds. Strain into a chilled Nic and Nora glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

2 oz apple cider
.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz water

48 oz apple cider
12 oz lemon juice
24 oz water
24 oz whole milk
Mix all ingredients save for the milk in a cambro. Stir. Pour over milk in another cambro. Allow to commingle for 2-4 hours. Then pour over a coffee filter in a mesh strainer. Take the first few drops and pour back into the filter. Allow to drip until all liquid has filtered (about 4-6 hours)

Clarified Autumn Punch
.75 oz Autumn Spice Syrup 18 oz
.75 oz lemon 18 oz
.75 oz POM 18 oz
.5 oz Cranberry 12 oz

1.5 oz Bourbon 36 oz
1 oz water 24 oz
1 oz whole milk 24 oz
Combine all ingredients save for the milk. Stir. Pour mixture over the whole milk. Stir. Allow to sit for at least 30 mins, ideally 2-4 hours. Pour through a coffee filter in a fine mesh strainer. Be sure to take the first few drops and run them back through the filter, and do so in a fresh container, to help the clarification. Once filtered (2-24 hours) run through a new coffee filter in a clean mesh strainer. Pour into clean quart containers or glass bottles, and refrigerate. Punch will last for 3-4 weeks in the fridge.

1.5 oz DHD Single Malt
Chill a Nick and Nora glass. In a mixing glass, add bitters, simple syrup, Bourbon, and Single Malt. Fill with ice, and stir for 12-15 seconds. Discard the ice in the glass. Spritz twice with Monk, using an atomizer. Fine strain the cocktail into the glass. Express a lemon twist, rub the rim with the yellow side of the rind, and drop into the glass.
