The aroma presents fresh citrus peel, lemon verbena, and vanilla, with a subtle floral note. The flavor features bright lemon and citrus notes, with a smooth, silky finish. Our good friend Joe D’Angelo introduced us to the pleasures of Limoncello as an aperitif. He’s taken us on a tour of Limoncellos and set the bar for what is a great Limoncello. We’ve created a Limoncello that we feel is the perfect balance of intense citrus and sweet. Superb in a cocktail or to sip as a digestif after dinner. Joe likes it so much we named it after him. Salut!

  • The Back Nine

    The Back Nine

    3 dashes peach bitters

    .75 oz lemon juice

    2 oz peach tea

    .5 oz Limoncello 

    1.5 oz Bourbon

    In a shaker tin, add bitters, lemon, tea, limoncello, and bourbon. Fill with ice and shake vigorously and strain over ice in the Gats glass. Garnish with a peach slice on a pick, and a mint sprig.

  • Berry White Sour

    Berry White Sour

    5 slices strawberry

    4 blueberries 

    2 blackberries 

    3 dashes almond bitters

    egg white

    .25 oz graham syrup

    .25 oz vanilla syrup

    .75 oz lemon

    .5 oz Limoncello

    1.5 oz Bourbon

    Muddle berries in a shaker tin. Add bitters, egg white, syrups, lemon, Limoncello, and bourbon. Dry shake for 5-7 seconds. Add ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds, fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with grated cinnamon.

    egg white

    .75 oz lemon

    1 oz grape reduction

    .25 oz Joe D’s Limoncello

    1.5 oz Afternoon Tea Gin

    Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice, shake again for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a grape on a pick.

    3 dashes orange bitters

    .75 oz lemon

    .5 oz honey syrup

    .25 oz limoncello

    1.5 oz Afternoon Tea gin

    Lavender leaves

    In a shaker tin, add bitters, lemon, honey, limoncello, and gin. Fill with ice, and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled nick and Nora glass. Express a lemon twist and discard. Garnish with lavender leaves.

    Pump The Breaks

    1.5 oz DHD Vodka

    .5 oz Joe D’s Limoncello

    1.5 oz grapefruit juice

    .5 oz lime juice

    .5 oz hot honey syrup

    Fill a shaker tin with honey syrup, lime, grapefruit, Limoncello, and Vodka. Fill with ice, and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Strain over ice in the Collins glass. Garnish with a thyme sprig, grapefruit segment on the rim and two jalapeno rings.

    .75 oz ginger syrup

    1 oz lime

    1.5 oz cider

    .25 oz limoncello

    1.5 oz bourbon

    1 oz club soda

    In a shaker tin, add ginger, lime, cider, limoncello, and bourbon. Fill with ice, and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Strain over ice in a goblet. Top with club. Garnish with dehydrated apple slice and rosemary.

    .75 oz lime juice

    .5 oz jalapeno syrup

    2 oz watermelon juice

    .5 oz Limoncello

    1.5 oz Vodka

    Watermelon wedge

    Tajin rim

    Rim a Collins glass with Tajin (half rim), using a lime wedge. In a shaker tin, add lime, syrup, watermelon, limoncello, and vodka. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Strain over ice in the rimmed glass. Garnish with a watermelon wedge and mint sprig.
