24 oz whole milk

Mix all ingredients save for the milk in a cambro. Stir. Pour over milk in another cambro. Allow to commingle for 2-4 hours. Then pour over a coffee filter in a mesh strainer. Take the first few drops and pour back into the filter. Allow to drip until all liquid has filtered (about 4-6 hours)

.5 oz Cranberry 12 oz

.5 oz Libertasse 12 oz

1.5 oz Bourbon 36 oz

1 oz water 24 oz

1 oz whole milk 24 oz

Combine all ingredients save for the milk. Stir. Pour mixture over the whole milk. Stir. Allow to sit for at least 30 mins, ideally 2-4 hours. Pour through a coffee filter in a fine mesh strainer. Be sure to take the first few drops and run them back through the filter, and do so in a fresh container, to help the clarification. Once filtered (2-24 hours) run through a new coffee filter in a clean mesh strainer. Pour into clean quart containers or glass bottles, and refrigerate. Punch will last for 3-4 weeks in the fridge.

1 oz cranberry juice

Add cranberry, lime, Libertasse, and Vodka to a shaker tin. Fill with ice, shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Add jam, lemon juice, Vidisha’s Masala, Libertasse, and DHD Vodka to a tin. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled Nick and Nora. Garnish with half a fig.

Fill a goblet with lime, grapefruit, Libertasse, and gin. Fill with ice. Stir for 5 seconds, then add tonic. Garnish with rosemary, thyme, star anise, lime, and grapefruit.

1 oz pineapple juice

Egg white

In a shaker tin, add lime, egg white, syrup, pineapple, passion fruit, Libertasse, and Vodka. Dry shake for 10-12 seconds. Fill with ice, and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.

2 dashes aromatic bitters

2 dashes orange bitters 

Add bitters, simple, lime, Libertasse, and Gin to a shaker tin. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. Express an orange twist and rub the outer skin on the rim of the glass. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.

Add bitters, simple, lime, grapefruit, triple sec, and bourbon to a small shaker tin. Fill with ice, and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds, and fine strain over a large cube in a double rocks glass.

Spicy Mango Sour

1.5 oz Bourbon

.75 oz lemon

.25 oz hot honey

1.5 oz mango

In a shaker tin, muddle one jalapeno ring. Add egg white, tiki bitters, lemon, hot honey, mango, Libertasse, and Bourbon. Dry shake. Add ice, and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon.

1.5 oz London Dry Gin

3 oz club for topper

Add 5 sliced strawberries and 3 lemon wheels to a goblet. Add bitters, lemon, strawberry, simple, Libertasse and London Dry gin to a shaker. Shake with ice vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Strain into the goblet, fill with ice and top with 3 oz club soda. Stir once and garnish with a rosemary sprig.

1.5 oz Agave Spirit

.5 oz Libertasse Triple Sec

1 oz watermelon

.75 oz lime

.5 oz jalapeno syrup

Hibiscus-sugar rim

Shake syrup, lime, watermelon, Libertasse, and Agave Spirit with ice for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain over a large cube in a hibiscus-sugar rimmed glass. For the rim, use half a lime and circle the perimeter of a double rocks glass. Rim the entire perimeter with hibiscus-sugar. Garnish with a watermelon slice and jalapeno ring.
