Dismal Harmony Recado Liqueur is our interpretation of Yucatan Recado which are pastes made from annatto, oregano, cumin, clove, cinnamon, black pepper, allspice, garlic, salt with orange juice. Dismal Harmony Recado works naturally with Mexican spirits and cocktails but the bold chili peppers combined with lush herb and spice notes opens the door to interpretations of many classic cocktails as well the creation of new and original cocktails.

    10-12 oz Modelo Negra

    (try your favorite Stout Beer!)

    2 oz Recado

    Pour the beer into a glass. Add 2 oz of Recado. Stir gently

  • Mexican Negroni

    Mexican Negroni

    1 oz DHD Agave Spirit

    (try your favorite blanco Tequila)

    1 oz DHD Francia Amaro

    (also works with Campari)

    1 oz Recado

    Add ingredients in rocks glass. Stir gently a few times. Add a large rock. Garnish with Arbol chili.

  • Mezcado

    Mezcado

    1 oz Mezcal

    1 oz Recado

    Combine ingredients in shot glass or other small glass.
