    Aged Daiquiri

    2 oz DHD Rum

    1 oz lime

    .5 oz turbinado syrup

    Shake and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

  • Bollywood Daiquiri

    1 oz lime

    .5 oz pineapple

    .5 oz tamarind

    .5 oz simple

    .5 oz Vidisha’s

    1.5 oz Rum

    Shake and fine strain all ingredients into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with a dehydrated lime.

    1.5 oz Rum

    .75 Francia

    1.5 oz pineapple

    .5 lime

    .5 turbinado

    Shake all ingredients with ice for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain over ice in a double rocks glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime.

    .75 oz Francia

    .75 oz Vermaux

    .75 oz Rum

    stir and strain over a large cube, express and garnish with an orange twist, add a pinch of Maldon salt on top of the ice cube
