3 dashes tiki bitters

.75 oz banana puree

.25 oz pistachio orgeat

.75 oz lemon

1 oz pineapple

.5 oz Vidisha’s Masala

1.5 oz Single Malt

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a banana chip and grated nutmeg.

Tropical, tart, refreshing, sweet, spiced

2 oz DHD Single Malt

.25 oz Vidisha’s Masala

.25 oz Chai concentrate

.5 oz lemon

In a shaker tin, add lemon, egg white, Chai, Vidisha’s, and Single Malt, and dry shake for 8-10 seconds. Add ice, and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds, and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Using tongs, add three saffron threads to the center.

Sweet, tart, spiced, bold

Monk spritz

1 dash aromatic bitters

3 dashes creole bitters

.25 oz simple syrup

.5 oz DHD Bourbon

1.5 oz DHD Single Malt

Chill a Nick and Nora glass. In a mixing glass, add bitters, simple syrup, Bourbon, and Single Malt. Fill with ice, and stir for 12-15 seconds. Discard the ice in the glass. Spritz twice with Monk, using an atomizer. Fine strain the cocktail into the glass. Express a lemon twist, rub the rim with the yellow side of the rind, and drop into the glass.
